RULES OF THE CONTEST
1. The contest organizers
The competition is organized by La Petite Bretonne and Poudre Noire.
2. How to Enter
To enter the contest, participants must go on the platform of La Petite Bretonne at www.zonefanpetitebretonne.com and fill in all fields to be completed by giving their name, first name, age and valid email address, and other information requested. They can then participate to the contest. They must also have read and agree to the contest rules. Every contestant can only enter the contest with one email address.
3. Conditions for eligibility
Participants must be residents of Quebec and be 13 years old or over. Employees, representatives and mandataries of the Contest Organizers, of any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or affiliated to them, their advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material and services related to this Contest, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse and any individuals with whom such employees, representatives and mandataries are domiciled, are not eligible. “Cookies” must be accepted to enter the Contest.
4. The Prizes
Each week, participants will have the chance to win one (1) pair of tickets to the Montreal Canadiens in the Family Zone, sponsored by La Petite Bretonne. The pair of tickets will only be eligible for one (1) adult with one (1) child under 16 years. These prizes will be drawn among all participants every week from October 10th to April 3rd. The winner(s) will be contacted by email and must claim their prize within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the date in which they were reached for the first time. If the prize is not claimed within this period or if a selected winner can not be contacted within fifteen (15) days of the draw, a new draw will take place. To claim their prizes, the winners must have access to their mail inbox.
- Two (2) sets of fans including one (1) cap, one (1) hockey puck and one (1) bandana.
- Twenty (20) coupons of free La Petite Bretonne’s products.
These prizes will be drawn among all participants every week from October 7th to April 3rd. The winner(s) will be contacted by email and must claim their prize within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the date in which they were reached for the first time. If the prize is not claimed within this period or if a selected winner can not be contacted within fifteen (15) days of the draw, a new draw will take place. To claim their prizes, the winners must have access to their mail inbox.
5. Description and value of the prize
Grand Prize :
- A pair of tickets to the Montreal Canadiens in the Family Zone at the Bell Centre. The pair of tickets is eligible for one (1) adult with one (1) child 16 and under. Each ticket is worth respectively $56 and $22, for a total of $78.
- The fan set include one (1) La Petite Bretonne cap, an hockey puck and a bandana, for a total worth of $ 16.
2. Each coupon entitles a product bag in La Petite Bretonne retailers holding the products La Petite Bretonne. Each coupon is worth an average of $ 3.67.
The price includes only what is specifically described above. The winner and the accompanying person must assume, but not limited to, the following expenses:
- Travel costs to get to the Bell Centre;
- The cost of meals and drinks not included in the price;
- All personal expenses.

6. Conditions de participation et admissibilité
To enter the contest, you must be a resident of Quebec and be aged 13 or over. To be eligible for this contest, entrants must complete all fields on the contest form, give a valid email address and have read and agree to these rules and conditions of the contest. The winner will be contacted by email, and will have fifteen (15) days to contact via email address of the email sent to the winner Inc. to take possession of the prize. The date of the winning game will be chosen by La Petite Bretonne and Poudre Noire. The odds of winning depend on the number of participants who have registered for the contest. Prizes must be accepted as awarded; they are not exchangeable or convertible to cash. Moreover, they are not transferable to another person or the successor or heir of the winner. Any decision of the organizer is final and without appeal. The winner releases the contest organizer and its partners of all liability for any damage that may result from participation in the Contest, or the acceptance and use of the prize, if the person wins. Before presenting the prize to the winner, the contest organizer will check if he meets all the eligibility requirements and other requirements of these regulations. Subsequently, a document confirming the prize won and specifying the terms of the acquisition price will be mailed to the winner. Prior to receiving the prize, the latter agrees to sign a declaration of exemption from liability if the organizer of the competition requires. The contest organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion, to terminate this contest should circumstances beyond its control prevent it from continuing. In such cases, no liability can not be imputed to him. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
